RD GOLF CONSULTING firma tres convenios de colaboración para la realización de Practicas de Empresa
RD GOLF CONSULTING ha firmado recientemente tres nuevos convenios de colaboración para la realización de Prácticas de Empresa con la Confederación de Empresarios de Córdoba (CECO), la Universidad de Cádiz (UCA) y la Universidad Jean Moulin Lyon de Francia.
El contenido de las Prácticas de CECO, que se han gestionado a través del Centro de Formación, Iniciativa y Apoyo a la Actividad Empresarial, versa sobre la Implantación y Certificación de Sistemas de Calidad y Gestión Ambiental.
Con la UCA es el tercer año en el cual se desarrollan las Prácticas del Master Oficial en Gestión Integral del Agua, a través de las cuales se desarrollo durante dos años un “Análisis de la situación actual de la regeneración y reutilización de aguas depuradas, para el riego de campos de golf en Andalucía”.
Los temas a desarrollar objeto de las prácticas de Ingeniería del Espacio Rural (ESE-IER) de la Universidad Jean Moulin Lyon son entre otros la colaboración en el Desarrollo de Planes Generales, Parciales y Especiales; Gestión, redacción y asesoramiento en la tramitación de todo tipo de planes de ordenación del territorio; Implantación y Desarrollo de nuevos Resorts Turísticos en España y fuera de ella; Informes de Incidencia Territorial, Estudios de Impacto Ambiental, Capacidad de Acogida, etc..
Esta alternativa amplía la formación práctica del estudiante, al tiempo que le ayuda a entrar en contacto con la realidad empresarial. En cualquier caso, la cooperación entre empresa y Universidad genera aspectos positivos para ambos agentes. Por lo que un año más RD Golf Consulting sigue apostando por la colaboración entre Universidad y Empresa.

Sustainable tourism is a tourism attempting to make a low impact on the environment and local culture, while helping to generate future employment for local people.
Between the 1960´s and beginning of this decade, the construction of golf courses in Andalusia has been directly linked to the promotion of the real estate and although until the 1990´s the quality of the golf courses was given more importance than to the real estate development, it
is necessary to recognize that in the years of the explosion of the very strong real estate
boom that Spain witnessed until five years ago, this balanced changed towards the interests of the real estate market, sometimes of a speculative nature, over the quality of the developments and the golf courses themselves.
Taking into account the risk involved for the balanced, sustainable and responsible development in Andalusia, the Government of this Autonomous Community established back in 1994 a Territorial Development law in which Government and Parliament where granted the power to plan the growth and define the basic schemes which all administrations should follow in the Territorial development of their cities. This TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF ANDALUSIA (POTA) and also the URBAN PLANS OF THE SUBREGIONAL AREAS are responsible for developing the principles, strategies, guidelines and recommendations of the regions, to which the Municipalities must adhere to.
These Plans (POTA AND POTS) approved by the Andalusian Government in 2006, have brought about a radical change in regards to the previous situation. Rigorous limits have been established
and the growth possibilities in urban as well as touristic areas of the Municipalities of Andalusia.
In relation to the development of golf courses it has completely separated the real estate development from the construction of golf courses, giving the quality of golf courses a prevalent importance in relation to its touristic value over the real estate aspect.
In this way, the Andalusia Government has established the main guidelines in which the Municipalities must act, whom until that moment did not have a reference to regulate growth and acted independently moved by their own criteria. This created an unbalance and great differences amongst different Municipalities of Andalusia.

Recientemente el Consejo Directivo de la Asociación Española de Expertos Cientificos en Turismo, AECIT, ha aprobado la incorporación como socio de pleno derecho de Ramón Dávila, Presidente de PROMOTUR y Director de RD GOLF CONSULTING S.L.

Aliatar Golf, Loja (Granada)
El proyecto turístico residencial Aliatar Golf esta a punto de ser finalizado y presentado a la Junta de Andalucía, para pasar los tramites necesarios para ser declarado Campo de Golf de Interés Turístico.
RD Golf Consulting, lleva el peso del proyecto al ejercer de coordinador técnico y estar inmerso en muchos de los diferentes documento técnicos necesarios para la aprobación como Campo de Golf de Interés Turístico
Entre los documentos, que esta elaborando RD Golf Consulting se destacan, informe de incidencia territorial, informe de sostenibilidad ambiental, memoria resumen del proyecto, memoria de sostenibilidad socio-económica, informe turístico, estudio de inundabilidad, plan de re forestación, sistema de gestión del césped, plan de conservación del agua y estudio de seguridad del diseño del campo, etc....
La apuesta firme de RD en este proyecto, se fundamenta en la singularidad de su ubicación (proyecto de interior) la calidad del paisaje y entorno donde se enmarca.
También es de destacar el diseño del campo de golf con una superficie próxima a las 87 Has con un hotel de 5 estrellas integrado y estilo cortijo andaluz con grandes espacios y luminosidad natural.
